Annular Solar Eclipse

Join us at our Boathouses for the Annular Solar Eclipse on October 14, 2023!

The Woodlawn Lake Boathouse in San Antonio, Texas is in the direct path of annularity. This will be quite the show, and what better perspective than from the water!

Our Lady Bird Lake Boathouse in Austin, Texas will experience about 88% of total annularity – meaning we won’t ever get to see the true “Ring of Fire”, however, the daytime sky will get quite dark, and much of the sun will be occluded by the moon!

Please responsibly bring proper viewing glasses that will protect your eyes from the sun.
