Basic First Aid

In-Person & Hybrid

The purpose of the American Red Cross First Aid course is to help participants recognize and respond appropriately to first aid emergencies, and to know how to give immediate care to a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over.

Course Delivery

100% in-person training is offered for groups, crews, teams, offices, etc. Contact us to discuss the goals and outcomes of this training and book a course!

Hybrid training combines a virtual lecture-based portion (always led by a live Expedition School instructor) with an in-person skills checkoff.
