Workshops are open to the public. All ages welcome. \nThese workshops are designed to pique an interest or polish your knowledge and skills in some of our favorite topics\, information gleaned from our years spent guiding and providing medical support in the field. Topics will help our students better manage and understand the risks involved with heat-related emergencies\, traumatic brain injuries\, weather forecasting\, risk management\, overall trip/outing readiness\, and more. \nTrainings in our Climate Medicine Workshops are not for certification. However\, if you need continuing education credits as a student of The Expedition School\, or for your EMS program\, please let us know!  All trainings are 100% in-person at our boathouse in Austin\, Texas. \nIf you are seeking CE certification for this workshop\, please see below: \nUpon 100% attendance and successful completion of the CE exam and eval\, students will receive an Expedition School CE certification validating completion.
