Our Climbing First Aid 101 Course is an Expedition School designed course which teaches individuals how to deal with emergency situations by using first aid skills in a delayed-help environment. This climbing specific first aid class highlights the most pertinent parts of the Red Cross Wilderness and Remote First Aid Class as they apply to the sport. The Wilderness and Remote First Aid program is appropriate for audiences from youth-serving organizations as well as adults who participate in outdoor recreational activities or who work in wilderness or remote settings where emergency medical services (EMS) response is more than 1 hour away.
NOTE:Â Students must be in 100% attendance for course credit.
